Topshop flats | Choies sunnies

Hacking at the hems of these jeans was probably the best bit of sartorial DIY I’ve done yet. The frayed edge looks so much better than they did rolled up and the 501 fit looks a little more mom-jean like and I’m all for the anti-skinny jean trend this season.

I wore this look for a day out in London with Gemma, we were hot-footing it from meetings to events all day so a bit of comfort was essential, so I paired it with some lace-up flats and my new favourite white shirt from Question Air. I pinched this Missguided coat from my flatmate Lizzy in a last minute what-to-wear panic, and actually love the fit (even if it is a ‘lil small for me). I’m not usually one for waterfall fits but I love the drape on the khaki fabric on this one and it looks gorgeous done up too.

After some rose-petal lattes in Notting Hill we headed to the most wonderful Pandora Mother’s Day event. We spent the afternoon devouring sweet-treats, flower arranging and decorating chocolates for our mums before choosing a gift to give her on Mother’s Day, there are definitely worse ways to spend a Thursday afternoon! Thanks to Pandora for such a lovely time.

That’s all for today’s post folks, be sure to stay tuned over the next couple of days for my Paris Fashion Week looks and don’t forget to stay updated on Instagram and Snap (@lucia_grace).
