Topshop Bikini | handmade crochet dress

I'll admit I've been avoiding doing my Sorrento posts because looking at the photos makes me miss it far to dearly and leaves me with a raging surge of wanderlust that I just cant sate at the moment. These were taken on our last day, spent at our favourite place, Bagni Regina Jiovanna. I mentioned it in my Capri boat trip post as we visited the outside of it by boat, and the next day we returned to explore it more. Named after the Roman queen that bathed in the secluded lagoon pool you can see above, the ruins (where I'm sat) were such a spectacular place. What also made it so special was the fact no one knew about it, no touristy sites or crowds of people. Simply a tranquil, peaceful, magical place. A must if your in the Amalfi coast.

Pastel Skies & Blue Waters

We headed to Bar 21 and watched the street performer form the balcony whilst munching on macaroons from Ladureé. I also picked up this awesome slogan clutch from Zara en route, so you could say it was a pretty good afternoon. Then to top it off, I went and watched the filming of ITV2's Viral Tap with my flatmate, which was hilarious and conveniently in a studio just off 7 Dials in Covent Garden.  I can't wait to start watching it on TV, it's hosted by the gorgeous Caroline Flack and the episode we watched had celebrity guest Joey Essex- I don't think I stopped laughing for the few hours that we were in there. Hope everyone's having a relaxing Sunday, next week is going to be manic for me to say the least!

Stressed but Well Dressed

OASAP shirt* | Pull & Bear skirt | Zara bag & mules

I wore this out to dinner with Dave on one of my last nights in Bristol before returning to London. Does anyone else spend hours deciding what to wear then changing their mind last minute? This is what happened here, sometimes throwing together a couple of pieces without thinking too much turns out best. I've been in London since tuesday but literally haven't stopped all week! So apologies for the lack of posts this week, my schedule has gone a bit to pot but I'm now back on track so keep your eyes pealed for lots of outfits and travel posts this week!

Zara bag & jumpsuit | Brogues from a boutique in Paris (similar)

One of my outfits from Sorrento on an evening out for dinner. I've been back over a week now and I'm missing the beautiful part of Italy dearly, at least I have lots to post and show you guys still. I think I took around 1400+ photos whilst I was out there, so as you can guess it's taking me some time to sort through it all! Whilst we were lucky with warm weather in Sorrento the evenings were still pretty chilly, so I opted for this Zara jumpsuit to keep my pins warm. I wore my cracked-white-paint brogues that I picked up during Paris fashion week, no time for heels on the cobbled Sorrentian streets!
Hope you've all enjoyed the back holiday, I'm back to London tomorrow after a month off and 3 weeks away. I'm kind of looking forward to getting back into the swing of things and I've got a lot of exciting events coming up that I can't wait to share with you all.

An evening in Sorrento

2sides2me app is available on the App Store here & on Google Play here

Happy Monday! I'm kicking off this weeks posts with a brand new app, if there's one thing you do this bank holiday monday its got to be downloading 2sides2me. 2sides2me is a Selfie app designed for beauty gurus and fashionista's alike, giving them the ability to post two photos together. By simply touching and holding down on the image, it reveals another- so as you can imagine this is perfect for things like make-up before and afters and ootd's.

The touch and hold down feature is great because it makes the content more engaging, people actively press down on each image for it's full effect rather than simply scanning and scrolling past. It's an awesome way to generate interest and activity from your followers- I had a comment on my 'Which outfit is best?' photo within minutes of signing up! What's also really cool is that theres a messenger app built in so you're able to share publicly and privately communicate with followers all in one place.

Some ways in which fashion and beauty lovers can showcase their creativity on 2sides2me;
- Sharing different views of an outfit, which is great because different angles and viewpoints always add dimension to a look.
- How two different outfits look styled with a particular piece, for example 'Ways to wear this handbag'
- Posting two photos and asking your followers which outfit or look is best, couldn't we all use a little help deciding which outfit to wear in the morning?!
- Before and after photos. So that's make-up looks, beauty product reviews, outfit before and afters- the list is endless!

2sides2me is also completely free to download, and starting today they've got a competition running with the chance to win this amazing Micheal Kors Fulton crossbody bag (click to view). Simply upload an #ootd (be sure to include the hashtag) and the best outfit of the day wins! Let me know once you've downloaded and I'll make sure to follow back, can't wait to see what you guys post!

I'm wearing: Topshop jacket | American Apparel crop | Whistles slip ons | Zara skirt & bag

I spent my last day in London at The Vogue Festival before travelling back to Bristol for the easter break, and what a great last day in London it was (I say last day.. only for 3 weeks). I went along bright and early on the saturday morning with my flatmate Iole, we had tickets for the 'Personal Style and Do You Have It' talk with the amazing Alexa Chung, Amanda Harlech and Lucinda Chambers. I wont go into all the details as you can watch the full talk on Vogue here, in short it was an incredibly inspiring, humorous hour filled with insightful tips from some of the most stylish ladies in the industry.
For the rest of the morning we hopped around all the little stations set up for the festival day, including walking the Harrods live catwalk (SO nerve-wracking), messing about in the Burberry photo-booth and visiting the Vogue shop where I could have easily drained my bank account, but stuck with a Vogue pencil instead. Here's where our luck struck- an ever so lovely Vogue team member approached us with a pair of spare tickets to the next talk, 'The Power of Two In Fashion.'
Again you can watch the entire talk here on Vogue's website, with the boys from Proenza Schouler, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez with Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier from Marc Jacobs. This talk I found so interesting, finding out what goes on behind the scenes of international designer houses and what it's like working together in that environment. We were so grateful for the extra tickets, it made the day extra special and I spent my journey back to Bristol feeling super inspired by these industry greats. I'll be heading back there next year for sure and would recommend it to anyone looking to get into or even just interested in the fashion industry.
