Rare London gilet* | HM dress (old) | Topshop jacket | Zara bag | Whistles slip ons

I'm a sucker for fluffy things. I couldn't resist this shaggy gilet from Rare, it's so warm and I love how it looks with my leather jacket. I wore this last week when my mum was down and I took her shopping around Carnaby Street. We found this cute little street by Liberty in the low late afternoon light and it made for perfect shooting. We had a lot to do in London so I made sure I was comfy in my Whistles slip ons and kept warm by layering up, as you can see this HM dress is pretty sheer. That's all for today, I'm in the midst of last-minute holiday booking- exciting but stressful!

Here in the UK, today the one day out of 365 that we dedicate to our mothers. One day doesn't seem much considering how much they do for us for the rest of the year, so a day of tribute seems well deserved to say the least. So, as you can see, this post is dedicated to my beautiful Mum, and wishing her the happiest Mother's day. This year mum came down to visit me in London a few days before, so I treated her to a make-over and shoot whilst she was here, the top image was our favourite from the day.   Today I'm back in Bristol, and we've spent the day out in the sun with our family, walking and pic-nic-ing by the river in Chepstow. I want to say a huge thanks to my mum for all the ways she helps me and all the things she does for me. She's the most hard-working, kindest and caring person I know and I'm forever grateful to have such a wonderful lady in my life. Happy Mother's Day mum, and to all other mum's across the UK, I hope you've all had a lovely Mother's Day too.

Now I'm sure you've all seen the ah-mazing Nicole x Missguided campaign, and if you haven't I suggest you click on the link above and have a nosey on Missguided's website. Whilst I was tempted by the incredible bodycon dresses and crop tops, these two items pieces really caught my attention. I love the way they look together, they're a couple of great trans-seasonal pieces. I can see this white mesh jumper appearing a lot in my summer wardrobe, it's great for layering and will look amazing thrown over a bikini. These leggings are also a match made in heaven with my Whistles slip ons (which, as you can see from the scuff marks, I'm living in at the moment), pony-skin and pleather = dreamy. I'm off to Vogue festival tomorrow which I'm really looking forward to, just stressing about an outfit now! Have a lovely weekend everyone.

shop photos c/o Warehouse, rest by Lizzy & I

The 6th of March brought a brand spanking new store to Oxford St, with the grand opening of Warehouse’s new flagship store. They invited me along to celebrate the opening, and what an evening it was. Awesome sounds filled the store from babein' DJ's Amber le Bon and Laura Whitmore whilst we sipped on a number of exotic cocktails and explored the new store. Also on the nights agenda was a manicure from WAH Nails, some polaroid action and having a little boogie in amongst some beautiful clothes. We had such a fun night and were sent away with an awesome goodie bag too, Warehouse's 'Selfie Kit' which included a killer-cool pair of sunnies, some Label M salt spray and a selfie remote for your iPhone. A fabulous night all in all. Yesterday I also attended Warehouse's Fashion Shooters Festival with Alex which was amazing, can't wait to show you guys my photos from that event. One things for sure, Warehouse definitely know how to throw a shindig!

Urban Outfitters blouse & skirt* | Damart coat* | New Look boots & bag*

Finally managed to get this post up! I shot this before Paris but things have been super crazy since with events and deadlines, but now I should be back to my normal posting schedule. Urban Outfitters sent me this really cute outfit to style up, I wore this for a day of uni lectures and meetings. As you can see these were taken before this glorious bit of March sun we've been having, so excuse the wind-swept-ness. I teamed it with my go-to camel coat (I know, I know, I need to stop wearing it) and my favourite ankle boots of the moment from New Look. I can't get enough of the thin block-y heel on these, and they're pretty comfy for their height too.
Thats all for today, sorry it's a quick one -  I've just finished uni for the term and have a month off and have spent the evening editing and prepping new posts- stay tuned! x

As you've probably seen via my instagram and twitter, last week I was featured in Cagecity's blogger meets section! In case you missed it, the full feature is here, where you can read my interview and see more pictures from my shoot. I had so much fun at the Cagecity HQ, playing dress up with these cool pieces; I was in my element. It was the day I got back from Paris (I got back to London at 5am, shoot was at 2) so I know I'm looking a little tired, good job I had some amazing garments to do the talking. I hope you like my pics from the shoot- let me know what you think!

1st outfit: Damart coat* | New Look dress (worn as top) | Lavish Alice culottes* | Whistles slip ons | Vintage Bag
2nd outfit: Topshop top (similar) | River Island jeans | Zara Mules and bag

The 17th of March is what everyone knows as St. Patricks day, but as well as a day for the Irish Saint it's also my Birthday. Apart from being a little sad at the fact I'm no longer a teenager, turning 20 has brought one of the best birthdays I can remember.
I spent the weekend in London and some friends from Bristol came down to visit, so it was great to have all my faves together for a couple of days. On friday Dave took me shopping for my birthday presents, and I was very spoiled indeed. These Whistles pony-skin slip on's where one of them, new favourite things in the world. My friends arrived later on and we went for cocktails then a big group of us went out for dinner to my favourite little italian in Notting Hill, Sugos, then on to No 5 Cavendish Square to party for the rest of the night. Saturday I was nursing a little hangover, but a few of us headed down to Southbank where there was a cute little food festival on, queue some more amazing italian food! On Sunday the sun was really outdoing herself, so we headed down to Hyde Park for a picnic before I headed back to Bristol to spend my birthday with my family.
These photos are from my actual Birthday which I spent the majority of in Bath. I wore some of my birthday presents, including a gorgeous vintage bag from my nan, with some of my favourite spring-pieces, fully embracing the sunshine of course. Starting the morning in the amazing Bath Therme Spa, lunching at the Boathouse and having a good old wander through the sunny streets of Bath, before having a quick change then heading out to dinner at Aqua in Bristol. And if you're heading there I'd seriously recommend the Lobster Ravioli.. Oh my. For Dinner I took my new Zara Mules and for their first outing, I've certainly done well on the shoe and bag front this year!
PS- Please excuse the bare face, I couldn't really be bothered with make-up after the spa, and I've also lost my Naked 2 palette- heartbreaking.
I'll be doing a post on all my wonderful presents soon. Big thank you's to all my gorgeous friends and family for making my birthday extra special, and to all my lovely followers that wished me a happy birthday. <3
