Motel crop top/ Topshop skater/ Primark bag & shoes/ HM coat

Happy Good Friday everyone! Hope your all doing lovely things for the Easter weekend. This outfit I wore out bedroom shopping, so basically just to Ikea (I do live a high life)! I'm in the middle of decorating my room at the moment, it's basically going to be white on white on white. I will be doing a room tour post when it's finished and maybe a Youtube vid to go along with it.. what do we think? I've been toying with the idea of doing Youtube for a while now but I always chicken out, once I have a nice new space to film I think I'll give it a go. Back to my outfit- I picked up this crop in the Motel staff sample sale, it's in the new aztec print which will be launching soon, I think it's one of my fave's yet- keep your eyes peeled ladies! I also picked up a snakeskin skater, neon bikini, Diana crop and the cutest '90s halter skater dress. I've bought a lot of new things with my birthday money in the last couple of weeks (including a Rihanna for River Island maxi!), I'm debating whether to do a big fat haul or wait and show you guys outfit post by outfit post haha. As you can see I'm clearly head over heels for my latest Primark purchases- featuring them in two posts in a row, whatever next! I'm also very excited about my blog's first birthday on Monday, prepare yourselves for a heavy nostalgic post. Hope you all have a fabulous Easter xx

Last week I took a trip to Bristol Fashion Week for their SS13 press show! I was unfortunately unable to make the live blogging show, but had a fabulous time on the Thursday attending the press show on behalf of Whatson Bristol magazine. We were greeted with pink champagne and cupcakes (I totally didn't scoff 3..) in the pavilion and then shown to our seats! The show was probably one of the best to date, collections from the Mall Cribbs Causeway were sent down the runway across a series of sets, featuring looks from many brands including M&S, John Lewis, River Island and Karen Millen to name a few. My favorite scene had to be the Karen Millen one, it was heavily inspired by the Louis Vuitton show- my fave from the SS13 shows- with checkerboards, matchy-matchy prints and flashes of yellow. It was also lovely to meet and interview presenters Mark Heyes and Andrew Barton again, two of the most lovely and most hilarious men in fashion I've met! Click below to read the interview and see my fave snaps from the show!

Last week I was invited along to the Harvey Nichols SS13 fashion show, situated in the ever picturesque Bristol Museum & Art Gallery. I headed down with Motel babe and blogger Selina, we were  given champagne, a HN mag and the most beautiful holographic show schedule (I'm such a sucker for pretty paper things!) upon arrival and shown to our super-cool perspex seats. The absolute finest of garments were sent down the catwalk accross six sets; White Out, Colour Pop, Metallic, Monochrome, Mixed Prints and Fantasy Frocks. Although I snapped some shots of my own, I really had to do these fabulous ensembles justice and use the full frontal ones. (CREDIT: photos by Micheal Bowles / Rex Features.) Above are my favourite looks from the show, it was hard to chose a select few, but as you can see White Out was my favorite set. It's one of my favorite trends this season (recently I've purchased 3  different LWD's ha), especially with summer coming when you can pair it with a tan! The model's hair was styled in some beautiful french plaits- sadly I don't think I'll ever succeed on doing these on myself. All in all it was a spectacular show, and I was left longing for a better bank balance and Harvey Nichols new wardrobe.

Custom phone case from Caseapp.co.uk*

Hello lovelies. First off apologies for the lack of posts this month, I've been craaaay busy, BAD BLOGGER! I promise to step it up this week. How cute is my new custom iPhone case from Caseapp? As you can pretty much do what you like with it, I chose my two favourite things- palm trees and a Hamsa hand. And as you can probable see I was dippy enough to align the hand slightly off centre haha, but to be honest I love the design so much I don't care. Have a look at Caseapp's instagram for more awesome designs, if anyone would like the one in my design just drop me your email in a comment and I'll send the file over to you, just make sure you align it better than I did!

Zara jacket/ Vintage Levi's/ Charity Shop top/ New Look Creepers/ National Geographic camera bag/ Holga lens & filter turret

Hiya guys, hope you've all had a good weekend! Today I went to the Focus On Imaging photography trade fair in Birmingham with my Dad. In the near future we're hoping to convert the basement of my Mum's salon & boutique into a photography studio (very exciting!) so we went to pick up a few bits and bobs.

I've been in dire need of a new camera bag for a while- my poor Cannon is starting to look a little rough round the edges after being slung into my a few too many times. So was super excited to pick this National Geographic one for free when taking out a photo mag subscription! It's got all these nifty little compartments too keep all my photography gear safe and in one place- it doesn't look like your average camera bag which also makes it pretty cool. I also picked up an amazing phone case that I saw on Grace's blog a few months ago, check out my instagram (@luciagrace) for the the filters I've been playing about with!

I've been meaning to post this tee for a while; I picked it up in a local charity shop a few months ago and for £3 I was super happy with my find. I couldn't resist the scarf-print and the fabric is silky soft but I did make an alteration myself- the bottom hem was elasticated and I just snipped all off leaving it a little frayed which I think makes it look even better! Today I just paired it with my Zara jacket, shorts and creepers as I needed something comfy and wearable for trekking round the show, but it looks great dressed up with leather pants, a blazer and heels too. Do you have any charity shop finds you've blogged about? Drop me a link below, I'd love to see.
