Vintage jumper/ River Island Skirt (similar here)/ New Look creepers

Hello lovelies. Just a quick outfit post today! This is what I wore to my internship at Motel today, my worn-out pleather skater with a vintage jumper and creepers. This jumper was my Mum's in the 80's, its torn and stained and one of my most prized pieces. I love the stonewash section in the middle and the emblem is just too cute. I'm a sucker for old american things and anything with a palm tree on it so this baby is totally me. I took these snaps with Motel social media babe Selina this afternoon- we wanted to take advantage of the newly decorated mood wall in the office! I also modelled some new Katy Perry for Eyelure lashes that are coming to Motel for a how-to shoot so decided to keep them on for these photos- they're pretty feirce up close but I really love how they look, I might start to wear lashes more often. Until next time ;)

Motel Rocks Jordan jeans & Kirsty dip hem top/ Zara jacket/ Jack Wills sunglasses/ Topshop rings/ Vintage lipstick case/ TK Maxx gloves/

Friday marked the start of London Fashion Week, a glorious start to the spring! It’s my second season this year and I’m loving every minute of it. As soon as you set foot on the cobbles of Somerset House it’s like entering a totally new fashion-crazy world. Above is what I wore, all Motel of course! Along with my JC Cleatas, which now I am cursing for the perspex giving me a nice couple of slices to to the back of my ankles. I've also inluded a photo of what was in my handbag; my Chanel eyebrow pencil, Dainty Doll lippy and Benefit Stay Don't Stray to keep me looking not so haggard in pictures. Along with spritz of my fave scent, some shades to hide tired eyes, Travel card and fingerless gloves to keep my hands warm but able to tweet etc!

It was amazing to meet so many bloggers in real life, along with bumping into an array of celebs including Mark Francis, Victoria and Amber from Made In Chelsea, Marina Diamandis (nearly topped myself when camera broke as we were having a pic together </3), Kate Nash and Frankie from the Saturdays! I also took pleaaannty of street style snaps that I’ll put up in a separate post. One of the most exciting people I met was Andy from Style Scrapbook! I've been following her for years, starting back in the early days of Lookbook and she's got to be one of my all time big-blogger faves, so to meet her in the flesh was pretty surreal. She was so lovely, happily stopping for pictures and a chatting to many bloggers and fans and even re-tweeted me on twitter!

Fangirling aside now, I also had a great time looking around the exhibition, I've included a couple of photos of my favorite pieces below. Topshop had an awesome bit again; giving you a token to put into a gumball-type machine to get a badge designed by one of the Newgen designers- I went for JW Anderson, and how fabulous is his new collection? All in all I had the best time, and wished I could have stayed for the whole of it. Keep an eye out for my next street style post and drop me a link to any LFW post's you guys have- I'd love to have a look!

LFW: What I Wore & Some Snaps

Vintage jacket & clutch/ iamVibes tee*/ Topshop leather trousers/ Marc by Marc Jacobs watch/ Primark (yes Primark!) shoes

Please excuse me looking so pale and ice-like, it was absolutely freezing in Bristol today, and I was by the docks which made it all the more chilly! I wore this outfit out for lunch with my some family friends, we went to Aqua and had the most delicious food- people of Bristol and Bath area you must go, they have 2for1 on voucher cloud also. I snapped up these fabulous pleather skinnies in the good old Topshop sale last week for just £10! I love the ankle zip and for an awkward fabric they have a really good fit. As you can probably see from my blog title etc I'm a proper hamsa hand freak so I've been after one of these Vibe's tees for a while, I've been following them on instagram for god knows how long! So a big big thank you to Tom for sending over a couple of their amazing tee's. Go check them out their stuff is SO cool, I think I'll buy a beanie next! Also another thing I'm keeling over with excitement about is my new PRIMARK heels. I went in there intending to to purchase some strappy beauties I saw on Michaela's and Grace's blog, and was lucky enough to grab the last size 5, then found these pointy beauties and bought them as well! But for only £12 a pop you can't really say no can you? I'm also super excited about going to London Fashion Week on Friday, and then I have an interview for London College of Fashion the Friday after- busy busy bee! But in other news I got an offer from UCA to do Fashion Journalism which I am so so over the moon about, thank you to all of you that wished me good luck :)

Arteecollage batwing tunic*/ Jack Wills sunglasses/ DIY bleached Jeans/ Primark necklace/ Jeffery Campbell Cleatas/ Jasper Conran clutch

Hi everyone, hope you're all having a good week! This is an outfit I'm wearing out for dinner and drinks tonight, featuring my beautiful new tunic top from Arteecollage. I'm a fan of interesting and detailed sleeves so love the batwing style of this black top, it's also made of the most silkiest modal fabric that I don't want to take it off! Even when down by the side, the sleeve has a lovely drape effect so this top is set to be one of my wardrobe staples for SS. As it's dark I paired it with my light DIY bleached jeans and my JC Cleata's, and decorated it with my fabulously cheap and cheerful diamanté necklace. Make sure you guys check out Arteecollage and their urban yet chic fashion designs, until next time!

Currently Arteecollage also have an exclusive offer of 25% off your entire order using the code "ARTEE25" :)

** UPDATE: form the 21/02/13 the Arteecollage website will be down for 2 weeks, you can still buy the tunic from Amazon here **

Lavish Alice dress*/ Newlook Creepers

Hello lovelies :) hope you all had a super weekend. Just a quick outfit post to show you all my fabulous new midi dress from Lavish Alice. It's been burning a hole in my wardrobe just waiting to be blogged about, how awesome is this print? Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the last month you'll know Monochrome is HUGE for SS13, so I decided to make a statement with it. I've been after a good zig zag print after seeing the gorgeous designs in the AW from Henry Holland, and what better way to carry the trend through into the new season? And at only £17 its not going to break the bank balance! I was a bit wary of how flattering the big and bold print would be but I actually find it to be very flattering and curve-enhancing. I kept the rest of my look simple by wearing my hair up in a bun and out the way (with the help of a Claire's doughnut!) with minimal eye make up and then went for a bold red lip as I think it off-sets with monochrome really nicely. How/will you be wearing the monochrome trend this season?
